Construction & Remodeling Services
- We provide all labor and construction materials, hire sub-contractors and manage the project from inception to completion. This is how most projects are contracted. Pricing for this type of contract includes costs for contingencies, management, risks, mark-ups, etc. If you prefer to have someone assume total responsibility for all aspects of the project this is the choice for you.
Construction Management
- We partner with you to buy the materials and hire the sub-contractors directly, when necessary, and then either manage the project for you or direct you on how to do it yourself, we help you keep the project on track, and then inspect the job to make sure its done properly to meet applicable codes and standards. You pay a flat fee based of the cost of the project. You save on the costs of material and sub-contractor mark-ups, delay costs and contigency fees. If you have the time to DIY this type of contract can save you money.
- We take the hassle out of home maintenance and repair. We handle all aspects of both seasonal and routine care and maintenance of your personal or income properties from mechanical systems to landscaping, depending on the level of service. You pay a monthly fee which includes basic services plus the cost for any additional services needed.
Maintenance & Repair
- Just need some minor repairs, prefer to pay as you go or just a small job, we'll be happy to accomodate you. We charge an hourly rate plus the cost of materials for all services.
